Five steps. No surprises.
You see a working version of your site before anything is final, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
- Preview — We build an early version of your site so you can see it, not just imagine it.
- Approval — You tell us what to change, if anything, and sign off on the design.
- Build — We finish it: your content, images, a phone-friendly layout and basic local search setup.
- Launch — The site goes live on your domain.
- Handoff — You get the website files, your accounts and a short video walking through all of it.

With the hosting option quoted for your project, hosting and SSL may cost $0 within the provider’s limits. Your domain renews at the registrar’s current price, and we show you that exact cost before you approve the project.

A professional email address, future changes and extra tools are separate. We tell you the cost before you agree to it.
Guarantee
30 days to catch a defect.
If something we built doesn’t work — a broken link, a contact form that doesn’t send — we fix it at no charge for 30 days after launch. Changes to content or design are quoted separately. There is no maintenance plan, and you never have to buy one.

Local, and in person when it helps.
We don’t have a storefront office. We talk with you by phone and email, and when it helps, we schedule a visit to your business. We answer Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm ET.
