Who we are

StreamLines builds websites for small businesses in Lexington, Kentucky and nearby towns. You can reach us by email at streamlinescontact@proton.me or by phone at (305) 400-1177. We don't publish a street address — we work by phone, email, and scheduled visits.

This page explains what we do with the information you send us. It isn't a legal document, and it doesn't mean this site meets the requirements of any particular privacy law.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we ask for your name, business name, your current website or Facebook page if you have one, your email, your phone number if you'd like to share it, what you'd like your website to help customers do, when you'd like to launch (optional), and how you'd prefer to be contacted (optional). If you call or email us directly instead, we receive whatever you send — your phone number, email address, and message.

Please don't send sensitive personal information — such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health details — through the contact form.

Where it’s stored

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree and forwarded to our email inbox at streamlinescontact@proton.me, which is hosted by Proton Mail. Formspree may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, access time, and referring page when it processes a submission, and may use automated spam filtering to catch unwanted submissions. On Formspree's free plan, submission history is available in its own dashboard for 30 days; Formspree may keep some information longer under its own privacy policy or legal obligations.

The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes network traffic, including IP addresses, to deliver the pages and protect the site. We don't run our own server or database.

Analytics and advertising

We don't currently use analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we'll update this page before adding them.

Why we collect it

We use what you send us for one reason: to get back to you about the website work you asked about, and, if we end up working together, to run that project. We don't use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and related emails only as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we work together, to run the project. After that, we delete our copies. See "Where it's stored" above for how long Formspree separately keeps submission history.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your information for advertising. We share it only with the providers named on this page — Formspree, Proton (for email), and Cloudflare (for hosting) — as needed to run the form, email, and site. Those providers may use their own service providers as described in their own privacy policies.

Asking us to delete your information

Email or call us and ask us to delete your information. We'll delete the copies we control and let you know once it's done. Our service providers may retain limited records when their own terms or the law require it.

Cookies

This site itself doesn't set cookies, so there's no cookie banner. When you submit the contact form, Formspree handles the submission under its own privacy policy.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and change the date below.
