The specifics
Know exactly what your quote covers.
Every quote is built around the same set of facts. Here's what's inside it, in plain terms.
A custom static website
You get a custom website for your business: a small set of pages made of plain files. It loads fast, and there's no software running behind it that needs updating or patching.
“Static” means each page is a ready-made file, not something generated fresh by a database or login system every time someone visits. That keeps hosting simple and cheap. Changes are made by editing those files directly.
What you can change yourself
There's no drag-and-drop editor and no login. If you're comfortable editing a file, the handoff instructions show you how to make small text changes yourself. Bigger changes are quoted separately — we can do them, or any web developer can, since you own the files. Get a quote for anything past a small edit.
Who provides the words and photos
You provide the facts about your business — services, hours, service area — and any photos you want used. We organize that into pages. Where photos aren't available, we can use licensed photos; every one we use is listed for you at handoff, along with its license.
How revisions work
Changes happen during Preview and Approval, before we build the final site — that's when you tell us what to adjust. How many rounds of revisions are included is written in your quote.

After launch
